If your doing just a rebuild, any truck spring shop will be able to duplicate what you have.
I learned something when I had the Carryall springs designed.
Turn a leaf spring upside down, so your looking at the bottom (shortest leaf). The with a good knotted wire brush wheel, polish off that lower leaf. You will find the actual spring number stamped into it, if the spring is origial. Even the original Carryall springs had a number that the Spring Shop could look up for the specs. The number on the Carryall springs was quite clear once all the rust was wire brushed off.
Armed with this number, the spring shop now can look up exactly what that spring is and duplicate it.
