If a non-op was not paid, they will compute regestration plus penalties. Mine came to $1200 bucks at the time I was ready to register my truck. The MV clerk spoke with their supervisor and they waved the charges due to the historical valve of the vehicle. If they do the same (registration/penalties) request the clerk speak with a supervisor and request that the amount be waved.
