use the type A Mark. Cost dad a newly rebuilt PS pump in the 57 300C using new fangled stuff. Not hard to get and is pretty red in color. If your pump is not rebuilt flush it out with kerosene then put fluid in and flush until you all the pretty red fluid in clean. You'll have to run the pump of course. Also caution do not go lock to lock on the steering, too much pressure until you have it full of type A. You'll burn the pump out.
