Understand. You may have to educate them a little. Point them to information on the sales of trucks and etc. Point them here and Gordens site or to VPW. I have actually seem PWs in their books. There are appraisers that deal specifically with trucks.
Talk to an appraiser before you hire him. Know his background. Talk to him or her about the truck and PWs in general. Find one that is good and knowledegable. Talk to them you can get an idea what they will do before hiring them. Bring exaples of previous sales. Also document what you have done to the truck. All restorations and etc. receipts will help a lot.
