Thats funny, I just fixed mine. I bought a speedometer on ebay and the whole thing was frozen and the needle was off. I freed the apeedomter and got it working well. What happens is, the needle ring falls off because the plastic shrinks. I took some clear plastic from a box a digital camera came in, cut it to shape so it would fit the ring and then glude it to the plssic on the speedometer. It looks and works great!! Robert.
