Hi Todd,
Is that right hand drive? It's in the Postal colors but is the same body as the Route Van, see this photo which has "Route Van" clearly visible at the front quarter.
Dodge experiemnted with several frame and body configurations on these trucks. Seems funny now that so much effort went into these trucks for such low production numbers. Today they won't change the mirror unless it means selling 100,000 more units.
