Vaughn he was driving by me and was spraying some water on the dust and said he did not want to get me wet? I was standing on the other side of the road and he steered to the side and forgot the ditch was there and drove off it. The bank gave way under the load and he slid off. Itold him he needs to pay attention to the road not me and if I am in the way I will move if needed, I was standing well off the road. Mark H.
