Anybody rebuild Fuel Pump?

How do you remove the pivot pin plug? Shop manual states " Use tool T-109-45 to remove plug " ?? ...could'nt find that one in my tool box......tried channel lock pliers and am chewin up the metal , its pretty soft...any tips appreciated.......Kevin
