STAY AWAY from Slick 50. It's crap! ALL the auto manufactorers will void warrantys if they find out it was used. There are other coating fluids out there that are much better. Try MoPar Norm's fav, Marvel Magical Mystery Oil.
Yeah, 45 lbs is correct for the 9:00 X 16 NDT's. I have the Alliance NATO NDT's, & it says 60 lbs max on it, but I only do 45. 75 KPH? Duh, I guess that mean ya have a European speedo duh. Considering it's age, where it's been, & what it's been thru, it's probably not all that accurate.
Maybe you can have someone follow & clock ya with a newer vehicle to get a more accurate idea? Maybe even ask a local cop? I'm sure they'd be MORE than happy to help out, especially considering what ya have there.
