I am at a loss as to why your PS Pump would be noisey. My pump running PS Steering, Hydroboost and winch is totally quiet. Are you sure you dont have a bad rebult pump ? I dont have any suggestions on pumps other than go OEM.
My best suggestion is to call Hydroboost and talk with Paul. See what he thinks.
