I have used POR's gas tank sealer and have had no problems with stuff in my glass bowl, but my engine does not have many hours since I got it running again last January. I have heard that POR's is one of the best ones.
Several posts on this forum, however, say that most tank coatings eventually peel. If that happens then you would need to go the Gas Tank Renu or new tank route.
If your diesel tractor is like mine, though, you have good fuel filters that would prevent gunk from getting in the injector pump.
