i'm guessing your talking about blocking the
primer coat ?we use a paint stir stick with
the paper folded around it over and over.
the paper should be about 1 1/4 wide .as you use it just unfold the paper as needed.
this works pretty well on most body panels.
you can use one of the 24" two handed sanders on bigger pannels [like the deck lid of a 55 chivy ,there almost a square acre haha ] my 2cents chris
