Joe, My 99 had a lever on the side of the fuel pump which you could prime the filter canister with. It would also work for bled out on the injector lines at the injectors. (17 mm). Like the rest of the guys said, it will run rough for awhile, then smooth out.We have done cylinder repairs and rebuilt injection pumps at the shop (6bt) and be patient, the fuel will get there. We limit our starts to 10 seconds
