How big a section can we spin in a 11" tall window?

I've got a ptototype, made with some used parts, but they were worn and noisy. I've bought enough new parts to build a couple sets, but with my heart arteries getting reamed out and sleeved back to standard, and now more trigger fingers needing surgery, I don't know when I'll get-er-done.

With the imminent closure of the family wood shop business, I'll need a little cottage industry of my own. I though of maple syrup, but it would take a lot of plumbing to get the sap to San Diego. (some will say the sap is already here!)

Have you though of branching out into the brewing equipment business? Tanks and burners...
