I bought my STA superlugs locally at a farm / heavy equipment tire dealer. They are also available from VPW but are pricey to ship. Perhaps you could get some brought back from the VPW rally next june.
I have used my tires extensively in snow and mud as well as the highway and have been very pleased with their performance. I know others here have also had good results with them.
