The smaller one is used for the fuel gauge wire from the key switch to the gauge.
The larger ballast resister goes between ign. wire and coil term. at the coil.
I would use the 2to4 psi pump mounted close to the tank as possible. Elec. pumps pus fuel better than pulling it.
No regulator needed for pump as Dodge recomends 4to 5 psi. If you use the larger pump you may need a regulator.
