I didn't think about that but I will take it into consideration and go armed while on that trail. It's not super long (10 miles or so) but It does have some real good bumps and obstacles and some really good camping spots. Best part is not to many people knew about it. You will notice that I never disclosed how to get there other than that it is in national forest.
