those are the ones. The outer seal is neoprene but the inner is leather and the shop manuel says orientate the lip or leather part of the seal towards the differential which sounds just the opposite of what you are telling me unless the lip is the part where the spring is exposed.
The outer seal is different in that there is a space on one side. Should this side with the gap face in or out. Thanks again
