Give it a shot (no pun) and tell me if it works. Of course I would also recommend that if you are going to make it that you make sure all your life insurance premiums are paid well in advance.
The plus side if you blow yourself up then there is a good chance that you can take your nieghbor with you. Just make sure to place the fire near her place when you get started making the stuff.
Most importantly don't for get the chant that you should be saying as you mix the stuff together- in case you forgot it goes "Double double boil and trouble, fire burn and caldron bubble."
