Michelin Tires - What tube and flap do I use?

I looked at the "Best of the Forum" and deduced that I need a Michelin 16P or a 16P9 tube for an 11.00-16 Michelin tire. Has anyone had any luck locating one (or four) of these tubes? I went to the local Michelin dealer and he said he hasn't seen them in 10 years. He can get the right size, just not with the right valve stem. Also an eBay search of 11.00-16 gives me some tractor tubes, but I don't think thats what I want. Anyone know of a source for these elusive creatures?
