For now, get those fences mended with the City so we can show our faces there next year. As for that Rally, it looks like the attending committee set the wheels in motion already for next year? Get your truck done and ready a full MONTH ahead of schedule and tell the little woman that if she breaks it, she'll lose the use of her Durango for that week. Get there two days early, make sure that arrangments are in place, pick up the t-shirts two weeks ahead of time, or sooner. These deals are not last minute affairs and every plan A needs a plan B. Make sure that the donations get picked up, Where's the cheese? Make sure that donors come through. If you haven't figured it out by now, these rallys are 4 and 5 men committe deals, one guy that is superman might pull it off, but a guy that is not organized should not be an organizer. Not a judgement call just the facts. OH,... and SEND t-shirts FREE to ALL that attended, that guy must have them done by now?
