I think the front base angle is the same. The rear base bar on the 251 PWs is 3/8" flat bar stock (no hump for hand crank). It is too weak. I have seen several bent and broken at the point where it mounts to the frame. I had one made with 1/2" stock. Much stronger. Remember, the 251 gets a larger shear pin and is rated at 10,000 instead of 7,500lbs.
