Yup, 3 stents once, one more a year later

I wandered onto a website about the gismo they use to clamp the artery shut, and there were many stories about folks needing second and third procedures. And, I know most of them take their statins religiously. I can't, I've already got Myopathy without the drugs. My Dad has a stent from 10 years ago, no probs. The neighbor has has two procedures, still he thinks statins saved his live. Another freind has had a CABG, 3 endarterectomies, a stent in his femoral artery, and his cholesterol is 153. It ain't all cholesterol related.
