look at the pictures/drawings & you will
understand what you are dealing with.
the rim 5degree rim flang is 1.429 in in length and the bead is about the same.
these tires (9.00x16 NDT) are not soccer mom
tires with 1/2 or 5/8 inch beads.
and they are a very tight fit on the wheel
the cross section shows the bead wire with the casing cords wrapped around.
one other note:
you can always identify the Professional Heavy Service (truck) Tire man in a shop
as his shirt will still be clean & white at
the end of the day - never strain - correct
