Don't know about your state, but CA and others do have a 15 or 30 day temp registration for just that purpose. Call your local DMV.

PS: the Dollies are not rated for more than 1500-2500 lbs Not an option for a safe or legal tow. If something happened the lawyers would have a field day with you, not to mention endangering yourself and others.
