Robert,
In the move I'm upgrading from a 16' x 22' to the new 54'x48'. I went as big as I thought muy pocket book could stand. Now I hope I didn't make any mistakes or overcommitments.
I'm having water, electric, gas and empty 3" conduit all ran from the hous to the new shop, so I hope I've got it all covered for any future expansion, oh all that is except septic/sewer.
