You have air in the system. Start with the right rear wheel (passenger side) and give it a good bleeding until you don't get any more air out. Then do the rear left and front right and then front left.

Use a bottle with some fluid in it and hose from the bleed screw submerged in the fluid. Leave the bleed screw open and start pumping the pedal to work out the air. You will pump air out and suck fluid in. Keep the reservoir full while you do this. Once air seems to tapper off, close the bleed screw and go to the next wheel. Once you have done all four wheels, pump the pedal and hold, bleed any remaining air of the system starting with right rear tire. One or two helpers works well when doing this.
