If I were repairing those, I would have them bored and sleeved to the correct diameter required for the pin/bushing, or look for NOS or a good used pair. Welding those hangers is not a good idea if you plan to carry heavy loads.
The wear is due to spring alignment tension.
The hangers I believe are available from VPW and may be cheaper than welding/ machining and will be more accurate in alignment for proper wear of pins/bushings
