You have to figure the diameters out.After you've found the correct size bushings from a spring co.It's possible that a company like Betts Spring might have replacement hangers.If not, you could use an oversized bridge reamer to true holes up and the bushings must be a driven in fit or you're wasting your time. Or the harder but better way is to remove the hangers have the holes welded up,then line bored out. The hangers should be "Cast Steel". If you grind on one a it makes dull red sparks,it's Cast Iron. I would doubt it, but if it is,you're back to square one.
Either rerivet the hangers back on or use frame bolts and locking nuts.
Before you attempt either way I would talk to a Certified Welder at a reputiable shop.
