Yes, without question it will work. The back of the 6B series and the back of the 4B series is the same. This is why flywheel housing, flywheel, clutch, bell housing etc from a 6B series bolt right on a 4B series. You will see the Cummins/GM adapters every so often on Ebay.

Go to Ebay Motors and do a search on "Cummins"
