Goodness Sakes, the Guy is asking the same question for the 75th time ha ha ha.
Bruce; 1994 thru 2000 flywheel housinmg adapters from 5.9, 6B series Dodge/Cummins will bolt right up to the 4B Series Engines.
Its always the little things that are so time consuming.
