Just Checking. Hope all the advise helps out. Interested in knowing how NYS laws effect this situation.
I assume yo have other documents in your name. Transportation papers(bill of lading), reciepts, communication documents(phone bills) showing you talked to the selling party.
Hope it goes well for you.
If NY State law allows you to just walk on the property and take the truck, bring a witness and a video camera.
Where are you located??? I am 10 miles west of the GWB. I can be one of your witnesses.
