When you deal on ebay you should take the insurance its usually $2.00 or less . The problem with ebay is its mostly people selling parts not a business so its harder to take a loss with out insurance . And there is the other side when the buyer claims he did not get the item or it was damaged. I sell on ebay as radioworld I have been there since the late 90's and have only had a few packages lost or damaged but ut does happen so insurance is like a seat belt you only need it when you crash
