Be sure to clean out the tiny hole for the relief port. There are two holes between the reservoir and the cylinder itself. The main one is pretty good sized (1/8" or so). The other takes something like a #72 drill. I got one all rebuilt and installed, but the brakes kept binding up, and it turned out the relief port was clogged. Try to run a torch tip cleaner or fine piano wire through it. If it doesn't go, you'll need to use a tiny drill.
