When you have replaced it, be sure to adjust the push rod as specified in the manual. Otherwise, you may find yourself with the brakes locked on.

There is a printable Brakes section of the Manual on the Museum web site for folks who don't think they need a Manual to work on major safety systems.

I put it on the web site in the hope that there will be no one driving around out there who hasn't done their Brakes correctly and might smash into me at a Power Wagon event.
