Is that $14,000 to the Mercedes and $300 to the PW? Would 14k even cover it? I've never experienced disc brakes on a Poweer Wagon, but I have done complete brake jobs on 2 of them. Actual cost: well over the above estimate, and even with new brakes the stopping power on dry ground with the factory system re-built is p*s* poor. Like throwing out an anchor tied to a giant bungee cord. I would do the disc conversion if I were doing it again, do doubt. JH
