Thanks for posting Ron! We read so many posts about poor dealers, bad service, etc. etc. I'm glad you took the time to praise a good dealer's service department.
I also have had good luck, Jason @ Rio Rancho Dodge/Jeep in Pomona. They always give me the best service and they actually replaced my windshield for free after 3 years because it cracked. He knows that I do most of my own work on my truck for non-covered items, so he always gives me a list of things that may need attention to stay under warranty.
