Chrysler Ourtboard

hey guys,
It's not a powerwagon, but I'm looking at possibly picking up a 4hp Chrysler outboard engine for a 12' aluminum starcraft boat.

If anyone know's anything about this engine, if it's any good, is this a good size for this type of boat let me know...

any help would be appreciated.
