I patched a similar rusted cab. 17 patchs, then I found the cowl vent drip tray was rotten. It hadn't occured to me to replace the whole cab...yet. When I considered the contortions (Power Wagon Yoga!)I would need to do to repair the vent tray, I got on here and found a much nicer cab. Sold the old one for repair parts to somebody else, net cost was $200. Now the new cab is ready for bondo, only 10 patchs and it came with a perfect factory roof seam.
