I found a heater, but no control panel. None were being sold at the time (and this was pre-ebay).
So I made my own. Hacksaw applied to a scrap Square D electrical box cover IIRC. MIG, grind, drill, bondo, sand, paint, et voila.
Stretched mine out a little so I could mount a couple extra switches instead of drilling holes in the dash. Email me and I'll send you a photo.
