VPW does not have them. I asked a couple of years ago and I think I can still hear Steve laughing. They are a very scarce piece. Mostly the heates were wired to a switch in the dash and you open the flaps by hand. The manual shows the nifty little setup you mention but I have never seen one. Maybe get a dozen hens teeth when you find it.
