Go to the Task Manager and you can see what programs or process is robbing your processor resources.
Click Ctrl, Alt, Delete at the same time. Click Task Manager.
Click the Processes tab.
You will see a list of all the processes loaded in memory. The CPU column will tell you how much of the processor capacity is being used by the program.
If you see a program using lots of resources and you don't know what it is do a google search by the name.
