Sounds like you have a scheduled task running at that time. My anti-virus software does that at prescribed times. If you have Windows, look under "My Computer" then "Control Panel", then "Scheduled Tasks" you can reschedule that task for 0-dark thirty, or turn it off if it is a "viral" add-on from some unwanted web-site.
