Opinions on rebuild, where to stop?

Working on the front end of my W-200. Have the knuckles apart and ready to put back together. QUESTION: Should I go all the way and redo the front differential while I have the opportunity to easily pull the axles. If I get the knuckles back together and assemble the Helitool disc set I won't want to take it back apart. The truck was babied, only has 90K, mostly highway miles. The only downfall to that was that the owner opted not to by the optional Warn hubs so the gears have been spinning for 90K miles.

Where to stop?
