My '63 W-300 had a 435D4 (before 540), and it has the 1 3/8" 10 spline input. My 1966 factory service manual shows this as the setup for all 435's in 400 up to 600 series trucks, with the W-300 being the only 300 series truck using the 1 3/8" spline size. Rob
