According to an old Advance Adapters catalog I have as a souvenir (they built me a NP540-pre73 Landcruiser transfer adapter), they have Dodge version NP435 as 1.00"-23 spline. They currently don't make a drive sleeve in that size. However, you could simply install a Ford input shaft which is 1-1/16" 10 spline. They do make that particular drive sleeve. Your input bearing retainer is 5.125". They make the rear plate in that size for pre-71 Fords and post-67 GM. The bolt pattern is different, you just remove it when you get the Ranger and index it up to the transmission and tap the holes, or tell a machinist to do it, with the bearing retainer fitted up. Your pilot tip is 0.750" and input shaft sticks out further. They'll be no problem on the output side with the shorter Ford input shaft. But if your original NP435 input really sticks out 8.50" you'd better talk to AA about it. The inputs for the Ranger are all 6.50". You may or may not have problems with the splines being far enough out to properly engage with your new clutch disk that has the Ford-dimensioned hub. If that works OK the other item is a piece of Oilite bronze machined with OD the same as OD of the old bushing, but ID 0.590" and 2.5-3" long to properly hold the shorter Ranger input shaft.
