Gary, I had mine replaced last May. JC Whitney, Tabco, Howell Motrs, etc. sell the parts, at least the floor and bits. The body shop I had install the floor had a catalog of components and they bought the cab mounts, inner rockers, the floor pans, etc. and welded it all in for $450.00. I can't say they did the best job, but the steering coupler was hitting the top of the shock, so I had to fix it quick!
