I think Ray charges $395 for his stuff. But I think you can get new rotors and rebuilt loaded calipers for less than $250. And new lines (flexible or metal), or master cylinder rebuild/replace you need anyways if you need them, so they "don't count". I think $600 is about right. I also think front is all that's necessary unless you are obsessive-compulsive or unless your rears are so wrecked up it'll cost hundreds of dollars to restore them to good functionality. Because in addition to removing the rivets (never my idea of fun), you'll need a proportioning valve at additional cost to "de-rate" the disk rears so the balance is right. So why do the rears in the first place if the drum rears are working properly? The disk/drum balance is good the way it is.
I put front disks recently on my Carryall. Wonderful, even though the originals were really good.
