A repacement tank will probably be very hard to find, although there are sites on the net to search.
An alternative is to take your tank to a radiator shop and have it steam cleaned only. If they put in their hot tank, that will destroy your remaining OEM coating. Have them fix your leak, then you can use a tank sealer to coat the inside for protection. The gas tank renu process is also an option.
