I have a 49 civillian power wagon in the restoration process. I have heard many horrer stories about the poor braking ability of these trucks. I have a friend with an M-37 that he has had to every brake shop in town. They have turned the drum and new shoes and still the braking is poor at best. Does anyone make a reliable disc conversion.
